Ursel, J. (2007) ACT/Manitoba Family Violence Court Twinning Project launched in Oct 2007 over courts’ CCTV links.  A ‘virtual court classroom’ seminar took place in December 2007 focussing on the Manitoba Front End Project. Virtual meeting.
