Under the Canadian observatory knowledge transfer activities are performed using a variety of knowledge apparatus, including the website and tele-learning activities for members.
Through tele-learning, the Canadian observatory is able to provide its members with opportunities to share, learn and develop research directions build a virtual research community involved in the justice system response, and support interjurisdictional analysis on the justice system's response to intimate partner violence.
In line with the mission of the observatory tele-learning activities ensure the appropriation of new knowledge by stakeholders and encourage a multi-sectoral coordinated effort to reduce intimate partner violence.
Tele-learning activities are accessible to all members of the Canadian observatory. Tele-learning activities are initiated from UNB using Elluminate Live! services.
